On April 27th through 29th, over 3,000 FFA members from accross the state of Minnesota gathered at the Twin Cities campus of the University of Minnesota for the 79th Minnesota FFA State Convention. The 07-08 State Officer team, including FH Brothers Dan Helvig and Nate Janssen, coordinated sessions, workshops and lead the convention as we celebrated another year in the FFA's continued success. FarmHouse supported FFA again this year assisting in numerous roles and hosted it's recruitment booth for prospective members to learn more about the Fraternity.  Ending convention on a high note, New Member Derek Mulhern was elected as the 08-09 Minnesota FFA State President. Derek, originally of Kingsland, will be attending the UofM in the fall to study Agricultural Education and will be joining FarmHouse as a part of our Fall `08 New Member class.
